The sound of fist hitting leather filled the large, empty halls of the gym as Hideki punched the large punching bag over and over. His breathing was steady. His attacks solid, causing the bag to shake a little with each hit. It was, as usual, hanging by a chain from a heavy steel counterweight to keep the heavy bag from falling over. Hideki himself was dressed in simple gym shorts, with a grey t-shirt hanging from a nearby rack. He was planning on working up a sweat, and this late in the evening he didn't expect anyone else to be showing up to the gym anyway. No point in stinking up a perfectly good shirt before he had his shower, right? [break][break]

Right now he was just focused on practicing his punches and kicks. Getting more used to the martial arts forms taught to him by his mother. The easier it was on his body the better it would be in an actual fight. Sweat dripped down his form. He'd been at this for about fifteen minutes, using the excersize to get his mind off things. Right now all he had to do was focus on what was in front of him. Beating the shit out of a punching bag. He was pretty wrapped up in his workout, so he didn't even notice that someone else was approaching the gym.
