If she's not in uniform, N/A overall appearance • Neeto is a woman in a jester outfit. What's underneath the outfit? A person. She stands in the five-foot area, her suit is coloured black and red. Depending on how much effort she wants to expend, her face is either a white mask with a black domino mask and smile painted on or actually her face with makeup. She's got a twin-pronged head-mask-jester thing that has a single ball on each end. The suit is tight to her form and is made of cheap onesie material. Without everything, she's a person. She stands in the five-foot area, she's coloured human-ish of a pale complexion. She looks rather average, another Japanese woman on the street, trying not to stab someone for a laugh. She looks so average one may have a hard time actually remembering her face if it weren't for her personality. Her hair is black and falls down to her shoulders. When dressed normally, she tends to go for bright and colourful clothing. She does not wear dresses. Trousers, shorts or bust. the personality likes • Money, chaos, loud guns, chicken, attention, power, "technology" dislikes • Quietness, boredom, fish, imprisonment strengths • Audacious, unpredictable weaknesses • Gullible, unstable dreams • To make lotsa moneyyyyy. fears • Clowns overall personality • Neeto isn't really the sanest of individuals. She renamed herself Neeto, for example. She can't even be bothered to remember her real name, not that she needs it. Might've been something about birds. Either way, Neeto's not a sane individual. She has a friendly, upbeat attitude that mostly has an enthusiasm for explosions, firing loud guns and making lotsa moneyyyyy. She wants to make at least five figures, because moneyyyyy has five "y"s. She likes explosions. Real explosions, explosive food (spicy), and exmplosive personalities. Like hers. She can turn on a whim, even if she likes someone. She might decide to attack them out of boredom. Maybe they were being squares. Maybe they were doing something she didn't agree to. Maybe they're doing something she isn't agreeing with, and she'll just let it pass because they've got a nice hairdo. She likes heroes. Shooting heroes. It's fun to watch them squirm. She'll shoot people for the reactions, and for the loud noises, she doesn't care if they actually get hit or not. Unless, of course, she's actually working toward something, like robbing a bank. If she needs to cripple a guy by busting a kneecap she'll do it. She doesn't mind having a crew, in fact, it makes sense to have one, she more the people, the louder the bangs. The more the bangs. the history father • Some guy. mother • Some woman. siblings • A few, maybe. important people • Her psychologist. anyone else important, from family to close friends hometown • Tokyo. overall history • Some people are born into evil. Their parent's villains, gangster, crooks, lawyers. Some are born into good, heroes, policemen, hospital workers, lawyers. Some are just born strange, like Neeko. Neeko has always been a strange sort, though it took a little while for her parents to notice. She had rather regular babyhood, albeit she was a bit sillier than others, making long, large exaggerated stomps when crawling about. [break][break] Oooh boy did that not last. The first mistake her parents made was letting her watch an action movie while she was a toddler. It would’ve been their last mistake too if not for a startling coincidence. After the movie, the parents went to make dinner. Her mother decided to open the window, to which point a rocket flew out and destroyed the back yard. She’d made a rocket out of a few empty toilet rolls and a toy missile, essentially turning it into a mortar. Her glee-filled soot-covered face could warm any heart. Any heart whose garden wasn’t destroyed, that is. She went into counselling. It did not work. Thus, for her childhood, she was kept under a VERY watchful eye with her quirk, people assuming that she had some kind of strange quirk that allowed her to manipulate technology. They were half right, but after the years went by and she slipped further into insanity they realised she had the ability to manipulate logic itself. That, combined with a rather unstable mind due to being a bird trapped in a cage, culminated in her blowing up her school, where a momentary lapse in surveillance allowed her to enter the workshop. Her favourite place, her favourite lesson, stifled by just having to make boxes. she was placed into a mental asylum to try and coax some sanity out of her. All it really did was make her even worse. Eight whole years in a straightjacket eventually turned her so deranged she became temporarily sane to cope with it. She was eventually discharged, the staff believing they somehow had gotten through to her. She was free. She had to fake being sane every now and then for the social workers checking up on her, but the city, and Japan was hers. It just didn't know it yet. She hated clowns, but they're supposed to be funny. Jesters are better, they look less evil. So she picked out a jester uniform to wear for nighttime shenanigans. the Quirk Clap your hands and Believe quirk's rank • II quirk's tier • II quirk's type • emitter quirk description • Neeto’s quirk is a form of soft reality-warping, except it only works for technology that she creates. When she makes something and she truly believes that it'll work, it somehow works. This quirk requires logic for the user in order to function. So for example, she can create a submachine gun by making a general shape out of wooden planks, stuffing some nails in, because all guns have ammo, and adding a trigger. That piece of scrap held together by wood and nails can now fire the ammo akin to bullets, albeit at the cost of penetrative power because they're, well, nails. She can also create gadgets with this quirk. If she glues a springboard to a square, flat piece of wood (or even her shoes), she'll be able to bounce much higher than it ordinarily would be able to. Batteries can be attached to gloves in order to give it an electric current (though she'd still need rubber underneath in order to not get shocked). These are but a few of the many things she can do with this quirk. quirk limitation • -Neeto can create things that can work by her belief, from weapons to utilities. -She can make things (so long as they follow a certain kind of logic i.e. HER logic) with even the most mundane of equipment. -Though she can make the odd gadget, she can't create big things or "complex" machinery. She cannot yet make a mech, only singular devices. -Though the user is made gullible, that helps her throw logic out of the window. quirk weakness • -Once something is made with an intended purpose, it's now set in stone. It can't magically turn into another thing, so for example, she can't make a pistol with the intent of it being a pistol and suddenly decide it's a flamethrower. -The accuracy of guns created by this quirk is dependent on its quality. A crappy looking gun is gonna be loud and hit around the target more than hitting its mark, for example. Furthermore, despite looking like bullets, using an inferior product (such as nails) as a replacement means that they're also not as strong as an actual gun. A person may be able to survive a gun with a less powerful material, especially if said "bullets" are fired the wrong way. -If she loses faith in her creations, they no longer work. -If someone takes something made by Neeto, it will not work for them, as they do not share Neeto's belief. -Most of all, the things created by this quirk need a reason, even if it's farfetched, for its purpose. To create an electric hammer, one needs to have a source of electricity, and a hammer to attach it to. -The more Neeto is filled in on how things actually work, the least likely she is able smack things together. the Talents talent's name • Floppy Body talent's rank • I talent's tier • I talent description • Neeto has a very particular stance, she simply lets go of all of the tension in her body, thus allowing her to be extremely limber. Using that, she can survive great falls (or car crashes) with fewer wounds than a regular person would. Furthermore, it makes her a little bit harder to hit, especially when she's moving around in an unpredictable manner. It also makes it just as hard for her to hit someone. talent's name • Scrapmaster talent's rank • II talent's tier • I talent description • Neeto is the Mistress of Scrap, the Baronness of Junk. She can fix together things into a semi-workable position, especially with her quirk. Give her a hunk of metal, some screws and a paperclip and you're in trouble. The higher the rank, the better she can fix things up, and the higher quality they come out. This does not allow Neeto to make good gadgets or weapons, it allows her to make them better, along with her ignorance. For example, she doesn't know the intricies of a gun. She knows they make bangs, need black powder, ammo, trigger and something to shoot out of. If she knew the actual workings of a gun, she would have to work harder to actually put in the parts. the role player alias • Vaetric age • no pronouns • no other characters • no |
