He possesses svelte physique, having a slender, shapely figure that makes most women jealous. His snow-white fur is very soft to the touch, almost like feeling over a cloud. The most notable feature to him are his eyes; being that they are chromatic, they act very much like a mood ring, changing colors depending on what emotion he is feeling the strongest. Other physical features that mostly kids and those who have a soft spot for animals tend to like the most about him are his long, floppy goat ears, and his hands and feet. You might think the hands and feet are a little weird, but most would convince you otherwise when you discover that they are very much akin to paws like what you'd find on cats and dogs, paw pads and little claws included. His choice of attire ranges anywhere between very casual to formal, depending on the occasion and mood. Typically, it's not unusual to see him wearing a blue hoodie to match the darker blue t-shirt underneath and a pair of black jeans that hug to his more um...bodacious proportions. Though, if you happen to catch him while he's working, more often than not, one can find him in a clean and crisp white button-up shirt, complete with khakis, black vest, and a blue neck-tie. One piece of clothing that you will never see Tyrodin without is the rainbow handkerchief he keeps tied around his neck at all times, as it was especially made for him by his mother, so it is extremely special to him. the personality likes • Animals Food Plushes Men Heroes dislikes • Rude people Snails Thunder Summer Villains strengths • creative, determined, energetic, passionate, virtuous weaknesses • boisterous, naive, overconfident, prideful dreams • become a pro hero become a professional chef find a man who will love him, quirk and all fears • failing as a hero being viewed as a monster growing old alone overall personality • Tyrodin is a kind, energetic young man, often heard boasting about how wonderful life is and things of the like. He holds a passion for justice which is only matched by his passion in making friends, as well as cooking good food. Though, as a student of U.A, these things can sometimes falter beneath a surprising confidence(or arrogance) in his dream of becoming one of the top Pro Heroes of the world, or how much of a master chef he is. It isn't often that this boisterous side of his personality comes to light, but when it does most consider it entertaining, while others might find it mildly irritating. On the whole, Tyrodin can be considered a virtuous young man, but at the same time, can also be seen as fragile and naive. In a way, he is still a child at heart, not yet knowing the harsh reality of the world due to lack of proper experience. If a villain played their cards right, one could very well manipulate him into thinking and doing things contrary to the dream role he wishes to fulfill... It has been mentioned that Tyrodin is about as pure as they come when it comes to his general nature. However, it is also because of that same purity that naivete can be used and abused to another one's advantage. This isn't to say that he's gullible to a fault, but rather, that one who can take note of such signs could easily use that in a way to get him to do almost anything they'd ask of him, especially if the circumstances were highly in such favor. Another thing is that while it doesn't surface very often, Tyrodin is a very proud individual, putting on bravado as a "future hero", and even when being complimented on his cooking. It doesn't go without saying that he is quite the "character" at times, but it's little things like these that can easily grow into a problem if he is not careful. the history father • baldr borimir, 47, retired hero mother • freya borimir, age, songstress siblings • n/a important people • fenrir(family dog) hometown • bergen, norway overall history • At birth, Tyrodin was considered much different from most with his Mutation Quirk. Between his mother Freya, a normal civilian, and his father Baldr, his father who held the Caprine Physiology Quirk, his Mutation took on a form that most do not see very often, even given the category of Quirk types. You see, Baldr was a human capable of shape-shifting into a goat-like form, gaining all of the physically enhancing perks that came with it. Tyrodin, however, was born in his constant goat-like form. No larger than your average human baby, yet covered head-to-toe in snowy-white, fluffy fur, complete with paw-like hands and feet, and a little fluffy tail. The Hero's Association could not quite find record of any Mutations that had taken such place at birth, nor quite in such a manner. But Freya did not fret. She had birthed her baby boy, and loved him unconditionally regardless of his appearance. His father, Baldr, could not be prouder. After all, what kind of parent should shun their spawn based on appearance alone? However, Tyrodin did not grow up without his fair amount of challenges. As he grew older, he always exhibited a kind, compassionate nature, quick to befriend those who needed it or didn't, and quick to help those he felt were in need. But even so, there were always a select few who would take it upon themselves in attempts to ostracize him for his appearance, often telling how he seemed more like a monster than a person. These were hurtful words, not because he felt attacked, but because he sometimes thought about how that would reflect upon his parents. When he conveyed his guilt to his mother and father, they merely would smile and hug him as tight and warm as they could, telling him to never worry, for he would always be loved. It would be some years later after Tyrodin had grown into his teen years that he was struck with a sudden inspiration to his dream as a hero. Of all things to be, he could have been anything he wanted, especially a professional chef, given the fantastic cooking skills he had inherited from his mother. However, he felt a true passion whenever he saw documented occurrences of heroic acts against the dastardly villains, those chromatic eyes always lit up with hopes and dreams like any other teenager his age would have. And of course, it was after graduating from middle school that he'd decided to tell his beloved mother and father, "I want to become a Hero! A Hero everyone can rely on, and so I can help you guys reach an easy life of retirement!" As such, it was only natural for Tyrodin to put himself through a tough training regimen in order to increase what he discovered, to be his already above-average strength. Passively he possessed physical capabilities that could challenge Olympic athletes easily. What he didn't know, however, was that he was also capable of increasing his overall strength to a degree, which he saw could easily help him turn the tides in a fight against a villain. However, as quickly as he had learned that he could do this, he also learned that there were some very harsh drawbacks to it. Much like a boxer who at times, may force their bodies to do commit to movements that could destroy themselves, Tyrodin's strength had a "limit" for a reason. He was still only a teenager, so naturally there was some kind of limiter within him that would not allow his strength to exceed it too drastically. However, should he force this limiter open, while he may gain greater strength temporarily, he risks destroying his body from the inside out. This is not limited to simply becoming fatigued more heavily and much quicker. This specifically ties in to the potential of the breaking of his own bones and tearing muscle ligaments all at once. Therefore, it has been heavily noted that he should only ever commit to "powering up" if the lives of himself and innocent civilians were at stake. So with that in mind, Tyrodin has committed himself to training every day since graduation through his enrollment into U.A with the high hopes that he will one day be able to tame his seemingly unruly strength before he becomes the ideal hero he dreams of being. The one who brings a smile to everyone's face. The one that everyone can depend on. The one who can become a symbol of peace like the many heroes before him. the Quirk quirk's name • caprico quirk's rank • Rank II quirk's tier • Tier I quirk description • Being that Tyrodin was born in his Caprine Form, he passively possesses enhanced physical attributes that cater to his particular Mutation. This includes Enhanced Strength in his jaws allowing him to bite through many materials, including metals up to normal steel, as well as being able to ingest said materials without issue. He is also gifted with Impeccable Balance, allowing him to stand and move across most surfaces, no matter how slippery or steep they may be(tightropes, slippery slopes, vertical walls). He also possesses an unnaturally hard skull, which can be made into quite an effective battering ram when tailored together with his Enhanced Speed. Skull Hardening: To emphasize on this facet of Tyrodin's Quirk, his skull can be hardened to match density and force of steel sledgehammers used in construction, allowing him to break materials up to the stone and concrete level. Granted, it would take at least two or three hits for that to happen, but hey! It can happen. Anything harder will rebound and cause his brain to jostle around to knock him out.. or he might even crack his own skull in the attempt. Enhanced Speed: With his enhanced speed Tyrodin can gain up to a maximum of 45/mph on-foot, which is almost enough to allow him to match a cruising car on a straight-away. He can become faster, with the proper training.. but hey, 45/mph is pretty impressive for a kid his age(pun intended). quirk weakness • With all of these passive features tailored to his goat body, it's only natural that Tyrodin would be met with equally harsh drawbacks. For one, while he is capable of ingesting material that isn't food, there are certain things he should be careful not to intake to avoid internal damage to his system. An example being if he were to ingest any poisons, he would be facing either a really bad case of indigestion, or risk his stomach acids corroding his stomach from the inside-out, depending on its potency and volatility. And while he may possess a particularly hard skull, if he were to meet something the size and weight of a boulder traveling at high-speeds, there is always the chance that he might pass out from the slow, but gradual build-up from the impact resonating within his skull. Lastly.. and rather silly at that.. if one manages to successfully spook him, much like a goat, he will freeze up and be rendered incapacitated. His style can range from simplistic and comforting, to something fantastic and gourmet. He often tries to thin of ways to fuse the two together to keep things simple while bringing in the feeling of something you might get at a high-end restaurant. Aside from being a "future hero", a chef is the second thing Tyrodin takes pride in and is not afraid to boast about his skills. Plus, if the Hero career doesn't work out, he feels he can always fall back on cooking to get by. talent's name • adaptation talent's rank • Rank I talent's tier • Tier I talent description • Tyrodin is capable of discerning a situation and assessing how best to react to it in order to achieve better results than what he is currently working with. He thanks his part-time job as a chef for this as the number one enemy in the kitchen aside from germs is the unexpected. Anything can, and will happen, and sometimes it can set you and your team back in a huge way. It all depends on how well you commit yourself to adapting. With this principle and discipline in mind, Tyrodin is able to adapt to situations relatively quickly, which comes in handy if he finds himself face-to-face with a villain. the role player alias • bell age • 30 pronouns • he/him/his other characters • not yet |
