He is a cat more or less, with the distinct features of one, though his actions more so win him over as a human. His short ears and furry texture might confuse most, but overall, he doesn't seem less like a human. ...Other than the tail extruding from his back, forking out near the end of it. Casually, Dymek doesn't wear too much, a long red sleeved shirt with techdata lines trailing down his sides and sleeves. White pants that aren't too much to look at, black boots that look straight from military standards. His more fancy attire however, is where all that detail comes to shine, as he chooses things out of the medieval royalty. He's not much of a talker, nor does he give out a lot of information when discussing. However, that's never stopped him from having some fun when it is needed. He knows how to have some fun depending on the situation, a thrill seeker persay (You won't catch him near the ocean though). Though when things don't go his way or something's annoying him to a breaking point, he does erupt very briefly. Ever since he walked the streets and watched the news, he's been seeing more and more tragedies happen each and every day. It hurt him to know that people can't live peaceful lives like they used to, especially the children. Plus those that dare think their above anyone else... this was a world that needed equal standing, they didn't deserve to stand on their crumbling podium. There ARE rules to be follows, but bending them are all within his rights to deal with even the worst people. Sometimes to do some good, things... must... break. On a casual day, Dymek might seem like a lone wolf character, but that's far from the truth. Trust is hard earned, and he takes it to heart, making sure anyone around him is worthy of that trust. Break the trust that has been gifted to you, you will earn the worst enemy to walk the very earth. A grudge is a weak word to describe what happens when you destroy the very thing that connected you to Dymek. He gave you the very thing that would show his very essence, the reason why he goes on and how he can actually be. Yet broken... only the worst comes to those that betrays. Death... would be a more suitable option. Hardheaded in his ways, it's difficult for him to change his ways once something has set in. Like a bad habit or even a good habit gone overdone. However, when it comes to his friends, or anyone that he cares about, he will protect them no matter the cost. He treasures what he has and nothing will take it away from him, even if for a moment, he'll get them back some how. He has a bad habit of speaking his mind, no matter what it is. He's blunt and to the point when it comes to opinions and statements (Though with romantic situations, he catches his tongue a lot). Though he can notice that something he says might catch people off guard, and he's been working on his blurting out opinions in the background, but that's a hard pill to swallow for him. One day, he woke up with very little memory of anything outside of day to day life. Even then, it was a blur of lines that didn't make sense, of places and faces he's never seen. But where he woke up, it was completely not what he was expecting with all the noise he was hearing in his sleep. Outside was a field, and there was quiet murmurs happening around him. Upon hearing that he woke up, the caretakers that have been living here nearly freaked out that he ACTUALLY woke up. His confusion was obvious, as well as his questions. He's never even seen the light of day, let alone walked. Asleep all this time, ever since they found him as a child downtown. All the while, he never experienced a lack of food or water... he seemingly had a system where he didn't need those things while he slept, but when he woke, he had an appetite that could rival gods. He wasn't picky, he ate whatever they gave him as a sudden starvation came to him. Perhaps his body was able to sustain itself in the coma he was in..? But for years on end? It was almost as strange as their quirks. A few weeks into his awakening, Dymek had learned his surroundings and saw what was happening to the world, not only that, but he learned that he has his own version of a quirk. He was able to move his body along with the wind and force the ground to move with his own. Right down to the dust particles, even making them solid! But at the same time, he's noticed a great strain when doing them too much, starting to wonder what was going on. It almost reminded him of a show that he knows... he doesn't remember watching it, though its images flash in his head constantly. While he was discovering and learning his quirk, one of his caretakers has notified him that he's gotten a letter for him about going somewhere. U.A. Academy, a school that teaches to be a hero to use their quirks for the protection of all. Now, the idea at first was a bit strange, and he bickered about it with his caretaker, but then they brought up an extremely valid point. Someone must have known him in order for there to be any sort of recommendation. With that in mind, he thanked his caretaker for both the information and for taking care of him for so long. They packed them a bag for several weeks of clothing and extra money for his trip toward U.A. Before he left, they told him that he could always come back to this little house should it not be something he strives for. So the young man went off on his own, his own trials and tribulations to uphold and withstand. During his journey toward the famous academy, he has faced a couple bumps in the road, thugs that didn't know any better, using their quirks to make a quick buck on the helpless. Dymek, however, wasn't helpless. By sheer instinct, barely able to take in what he's done, he was able to fend off the invaders one after another, sending them back to the alleys and slums they belonged to. Fighting experience.. he barely had, but with those few moments, it seemed to come naturally to him like how one would ride a bike at an older age. A moment of calm before the inevitable storm, the academy within reach. Upon being nearby, he was tracked down by one of the guards, recognizing him in the software as one of the recommended students. Before they could lead him the way to their qualification grounds, he asked a simple question: Who exactly recommended him? The guard looked at him like he was a bit loony for a moment, but they told him nonetheless, it was a woman by the name of Claire Hemlock. She often gives various research to U.A. about quirks and other abilities that might be out there, so that there's a chance to fight back against some unknowns. After hearing this, Dymek only nodded and followed the guard further in. So this was going to be U.A. Academy... what a strange place, but the only one that even has an inkling as to where he was before. the Quirk quirk name • Beyond Earth, Above Sky quirk's rank • II quirk's tier • II quirk type • emitter quirk description • Dymek has the enate ability to manipulate the air and earth around him, be it with swift motions of his hands keeping the air around him and from his breath still or stronger, or with the stern and solid strikes of the ground forcing it to move with his body. He uses his steady breath and strong body to move these elements so naturally, it was almost like watching an actual show come to life. Dymek can also manipulate the dust particles in the air, forcing them to clump together into a solid piece of rock once more as the wind molds it into whatever he desires. His main choices are long polearm like weapons, like a Scythe or a large Hammer. The reaches are limitless, but it all determines on his creativity on the matter. He can even go as far as to make a replica of himself, right down to the tail. Using his abilities, he's able to push the air like it was an extended platform and propell himself into the sky a few meters. As well as encase his body in a sturdy rock solid form, increasing his defenses for a limited amount of attacks to his body. Mix the two for a propelled projectile game, flying stone knifes going to and fro across the sky! Even conventional uses as the wind can keep the cool air blowing, or a rocky resting place for the night. Morphing a hook to grab something up high, or perhaps some entertainment, anything is possible! quirk limitation • As earth and wind goes, as the quirk increases, so does the durability. From the weakest concrete, to the strongest steel. The force of the wind can push through with quite the force. From a rough storm, to a fierce hurricane! Though these are based on how long he can hold or keep his breath, his physical strength, and endurance. Depending on the situation, it can be any of these things. quirk weakness • However, as great as it is to manipulate the very elements around him, he needs to be sure to keep his breath and have a strong stance. Losing his breath at all will cause his wind to be extremely effected, so much as to LOSE the ability for a few minutes (1-2 posts) should the attack literally knock the wind out of him. Having that strong stance is key for him to use the earth like half of his quirk; the earth is strong, it is solid, and having one that doesn't match its own equally means a discontinuous motion through the rocks. Not only that, his earth molding skills are linked to both, and as such, should something like his Scythe or anything else that's large enough break from an opponents strength, so will Dymek partially. Tearing at his skin and going to the muscle in some cases, as his strength is needed to hold the mold in place, that strength is then shocked against his body in a burst of pain. This includes shields that he'd make with his molding. Forcing the Earth up does not count unless it was still moving. Complicated designs like a gun require a lot more focus and a lot more breath and energy in order to complete, even something like an old sewing table would be difficult to make with all the moving parts within it. Dymek also needs to know how the object would work in order for it to function correctly. Otherwise, it's just a rock in the shape of something that COULD be useful. {Secret Quirk (Limited use, all parties must consent for activation)} Overheated Oblivion RANK/TIER: Control: None. Sheer Power: Overpowering Description: This is a secret to even Dymek himself, he doesn't know how to activate it, nor does he have any control of it once it does activate. White lines run down his body, all over his fur before it activates, anger show these lines before hand. Extreme prolonged anger causes this to activate and from it, so do the quirks hidden within him. Those being: Regeneration Shape Shifting - limited to body modifications, like making an arm into a blade. Revival Super Human Strength Enhancements Hardening Body This state overpowers his senses, driving him into a feral animal rage, anything in his way will be attacked, no matter the face. Friend, foe, lover even, nothing will escape the wrath of this state. His eyes fade away into a white mass, as any sense or reason will only go onto deaf ears. Any direct hits that happen in this state are nearly fixed within the next few seconds, even attacks that would render him dead won't stop him. Perhaps delay, but never stopping. There is an extreme limited amount of time should this activate (2-4 posts), either let the time limit reach its completion and the overloaded sensation will force his body to stop, or knock him out with a powerful attack toward the head. Afterward, any and all damage dealt to Dymek during the state is felt instantaneous when he comes to his senses, an overloading amount of pain and torture felt within a few seconds as it sears his body.
