The rain would cast a gloomy, yet tranquil aura over Musutafu; it hadn't been rainy as of late, so it was a nice change of pace from all sunshine and heroism. Days like this, one might stay inside, read a book, watch the television for some heroic broadcasts; maybe even get in a little anime.
This morning was different. For the kids of U.A.'s 1-A class had quite the class ahead of them. The teacher, walking around in quite a lovely set of threads; some one might find in a rather pricey clothing store, had merely just gotten into the classroom an hour before class began.
"Give me a break. Rain today? Poor kids..."
Each step he took seemed to rather visibly point out a limp that he seemed to have gotten over his career, but was hidden well behind a veil; that is to say, his cane hid his apparent limp rather well. Turns out when one breaks their back twice, one's body doesn't like to play ball as well as when it never broke it at all.
Ah. But those were simpler times; the ring wasn't on his finger back then either, and to say that he'd do it all over again to meet Genki was an understatement. He'd run into the burning building ten times over for him.
But that's besides the point. Enough reminiscing about the past, because today was the start of a new job; to teach kids about this lovely gig called heroism. Justice, what have you. Today was a simple day; he was going to meet his class for the first time, give introductions, and first and foremost, decide on a class representative. That way, he could not have his boss on his back; since again, that wasn't working as well as it used to.
What better way to set up shop in lonesome classroom 1-A an hour earlier than session, but to clean it up? One quick trip to the janitorial closet, and he had a broom. He began to dust around the place, in an attempt to make it seem presentable and friendly despite the pouring rain's intent to send less than positive vibes. Genki would have his ass if he saw that he kept his workplace dirty.
Say... didn't U.A. say this classroom was haunted? He had a distinct feeling that this was the haunted classroom number; of course, to what rumor that was escaped him right now. It likely didn't matter right now.
Right.
He checked his watch. Twenty minutes to show time. Moving himself to his desk, he leaned back, put his legs on the desk, and closed his eyes. He was taken to that peaceful place in the sunflower field again. Walking with his hand in Genki's. A cute march forward, sweet nothings said. He could feel himself drifting already at the sheer thought.
The clock was ticking... twenty-five desks were lined, five rows and five columns. No policy of where one needed to sit was made. There was a closet with a few things in it; essentials for classroom, and his desk, made out of a lovely mahogany, merely sat in the center of this small space. The sound of rain acting as a lovely ambiance to gently coax one to sleep.

"STUPID FUCKING RAIN!!!!" A loud yelling could be heard from the entrance of U.A. highschool as a large student walked in wearing a heavy-duty raincoat and rubber boots. Fuck did Kato hated the rain. It reminded them of their lack of power over the weather and their weakness in it. It's awful.
But it would appear Kato arrived first among their future classmates so they could hide their large raincoat and rain shoes in their locker before class. Good. So quickly Kato walked to their locker, opened it, and put their raincoat and rubber shoes and putting on their indoors shoes and left as quickly as he arrived, making sure nobody saw them in their coat, and quickly made their way to 1-A with hefty stomping.
It took them only a few moments of stomping to find the famous 1-A classroom, with a sharp intake of air Kato, steeled their excitement and let out his best attempt at a polite smile, which still looked full of murderous anger behind it. And they walked into 1-A with an attempt at a smile which might intimidate more people then it would sooth, but hey, at least it was an attempt on their part to act more polite.
Kato walked into 1-A expecting a full class, but instead, there was the only them and Sensei. And within a moment Kato's smile faltered, and they clinched their jaw tight together they let out a very annoyed huff of air before they let out a very long sigh, and they stopped pretending to smile and walked over to Sensei and spoke sharply and perhaps a little too loudly said, "SENSEI IT IS A PLEASURE TO MEET YOU! I AM KATO HATSUNE, AND I AM READY TO RECEIVE YOUR WISDOM AND TRAINING FROM TODAY ON!" Kato even did a small bow of their upper body, and when they rose up they were staring intently at their future Sensei with their dark-inhumanly dark eyes with what could only be called admiration and hope for their future sensei.

”Too loud.” A much softer and quieter voice came from behind the loud student. A voice that showed hints of irritation in it, but was slightly hidden within a mask of elegance. This could hardly seem like a mask for someone like Yuko, who naturally gives off a regal and elegant aura. Something that was to be expected for the heiress of the Kawasaki Zaibatsu. ”Honestly, it’s as if you are incapable of speaking at a lower volume, like a normal person.”
The short girl decided to make herself known to her teacher by stepping into view. She gave Shuto a beautiful smile and pushed some of her stray hairs behind her ear. ”Kawasaki Yuko. The pleasure is all mine, Sensei.” Her introduction was capped off with a polite and respectful bow from the waist up.
Yuko decided to take a seat in the front of the class’s first row. Taking her chair, she placed her wet umbrella next to her and her bag behind her. Thankfully, she actually decided to check the weather today, unlike most other days. There were actually a few times where she was caught out in the rain because she was too lazy to check the forecast.

"Aww... rain? On the first day of school? That's... a drag..."Tyrodin said as he gazed out of his dorm window to the weather that had presented itself to him. Rain was definitely not the ideal weather he had in mind for his first day of attending class. He was hoping it would be clear blue skies, bright warm sun, and all that fun and fancy free stuff one could expect out of child-like innocence. He puffed those fluffy cheeks in minor annoyance with a frown, only to huff before bounding from his bed. "Oh well! Even if rainy weather brings about a funky mood, I will be the shining sun that my classmates need! Besides, nothing a little bit of a song can't cure!" he exclaimed with a prideful smile as he gathered up his belongings. Thank goodness he remembered to pack a rain coat just in case of such an occasion! He started to hum a little tune to himself as he slide on a pair of boots to cover his feet-paws, a matching coat with a hood shortly following. And as he grabbed his bag, and closed his bedroom door behind himself, he was practically already skipping his way out of the dorm and into the rain. Rain didn't really bother him that much. He certainly appreciated it for what it was. Just such a drab and dreary setting didn't make the best mood for something as exciting as the first day of school at U.A! But even so, a little rain wasn't enough to dampen his spirits! This was made proven by the increase of the tune he'd been humming, and then... BGM: Fields of Hopes and DreamsI'll never stop smiling Just cuz of the rain I know for a fact that I'll see light again And even when woe strikes I'll warm up to when I see that bright moment of the downpour's end
I cross through this land Of the wet's liquid dreams A world surely drowning and torn at the seams With raindrops and puddles A surreal scene That one's lost their happiness Betwixt and between
Buuuut no one has to cry There's no reason why This sorrow has to be Theeee light will come again That's the way the story ends Be the star you want to be
Although this world Seems so white and black I know that the stories are true! I'll free your soul with my special attack And with you I'll stand tall and true
And when the light is running low And the shadows start to grow And the places that you know Seem like faaaantasy There's a light inside your soul That's still shining in the cold With the truth, the promise in our hearts Don't forget - I'll be with you in the daaaark! The goatboy would continue this as he skipped happily along until he reached the main campus, entering the building and making sure to dry his coat and his boots as best as he could before stowing them in one of the cupboards near the front entrance. He'd make his way over to his assigned classroom, double-checking to make sure it was in fact 1-A. And sure enough... it was! A furred hand took hold of the sliding door before pushing it open, waving that same hand to all in the room. "Good morning, everyone! I hope you're all having a great start to your--" He was cut off at the very familiar shrill sounds of an obnoxiously feral person in the room. Oh no... it was that angry person from when he first moved in and wanted to cook in the dorm kitchens. He was in this class too? UGH! Well, it wouldn't do well to be petty about it. So may as well beat it out the only way knew how - being amazing! "Oh, wow! You're in this class too?? This should be fantastic!" It most likely wouldn't... Emerald-green eyes soon fell upon the man who would be teaching his class, a rather well-dressed looking guy who... honestly, Tyrodin felt the guy could pass for a fashion model. At least in one form or another. "Good morning, Sensei!" he said with a swift bow to the older man, eyes shifting through their chromatic wheels as excitement welled up within him. "My name is Tyrodin Borimir from Bergen, Norway! I hope you'll take good care of me for the days to come!" Goodness, how formal for a foreigner.

i have a conscience and it's never fooled ❝ The first day of class was daunting. First impressions are important, and Umeko was determined to make a good one. After all, she had put in so much work to get into this school. Making a fool out of herself wasn't at the top of her list. Well, that was until it started pouring during her pre-class walk. Not expecting it, since the teen wasn't one for caring about the weather, she was... less than equipped to withstand a few minutes walk to her class. She was dressed with just a simple hoodie over her uniform. This wasn't going as planned. Hopefully she'd be the first one there. Walking into a class, soaking wet, and having everyone stare at you would be the absolute worst way to start your day... With a huff, she pulled her hood over her brown hair. A frown was plastered on her face, and anyone that looked closely could see how irritated she looked. It was morning, so most people would just assume she was tired and not ready for class... hopefully. Upon reaching the entrance, Umeko resisted the urge to throw the door open. "Don't make a scene, Umeko... don't make a scene..." she would grumble to herself as she made her way to 1-A's classroom, pulling the soaked hoodie off over her shoulders. With a glance inside, it would seem that only four people were currently there. Good, not as many as she thought there would be. This is much better. Less embarrassing. And her hair wasn't that wet, so everything was fine. Everything was fine. She lingered outside for a few moments, before walking inside. Umeko began to make her way towards the back of the class, nodding in the direction of what she would only assume to be their teacher. And then she did a double take. Jeez, how much were those clothes...? Was he trying to show off? "Hey." was the only thing she would offer as she draped her hoodie over the back of her seat, sitting in the very back of the class, right beside the window. @tagsomeone ● welcome to hell ● woop

EVEN IF I HAVE TO BECOME THE DEVIL | LESSON 1 - INTRODUCTIONS AND HOW TO MAKE THEM | 0352 words commentary first test of this new template, playing around with the format and trying to wrap my head around html again -Webby
He's a bit of a space case when it comes to everyday things.
This is going to end well. | Bzzt! Bzzt!
Another text came through while Taka finished throwing his shirt on, long sleeves today. A tablet he had mounted to the wall of his dorm room flashed with a weather alert. He gave it a half glance and reached for his backpack.
"Free shower, eh?" He chuckled, checking his phone. He mumbled out the response, "Yes, I'm fine... going to class... where you should be!" He grinned and hit send, shoving the tiny thing in his pocket.
Taka moved for the door but stopped, he ran his fingers through his hair and glanced back at the room. He reached for a hat as well, just in case.
He stretched his arms as he made his way down the stairs, greeting those he passed along the way before stopping at the doors. Bright smiles and cheery laughs accompanied him wherever he went. He loved people.
He pushed down to the main entrance and greeted the rain with a smile. His unease had been settling as of late, a long conversation with one of the teachers inspiring him to give his quirk a try. The thought chilled him a bit, but not as bad as it did when he was little.
"Brave new world, eh?" He said to himself and broke into a brisk run, 'forgetting' to open the umbrella on his waist. The water felt good.
He slid to a halt at the entrance to the school, greeting more people as he made his way in. A few stared at the drenched giant carrying an unopened umbrella but he paid them no mind, making his way to the 1-A classroom. He passed through the door and raised a shovel sized hand in greeting.
"Good morning!" He said with a bright but soggy grin, taking off his hat and moving toward the nearest desk. He wasn't noisy per-se, but with lungs like that, your voice carried. He spotted a seat near the back where his bulk wouldn't get in the way of everyone else and parked himself, waving at the soggy brunette that he spotted a space behind him. |

He always did, it made his body shiver and put out his flames. As a result, he would be in a hooded raincoat and at least 3 pairs of t-shirts, and a pair of thick pants. Still, his arms were crossed as if he were trying to keep warm regardless. Such changes in weather made his body go haywire, and it sucked.
He threw the door open and shuffled in, huffing slightly. "Good morning~" He spoke with a tone that really didn't fit the vibe he had been giving off, a small smile made its way across his face. "To you too, Sensei." He spoke to the teacher, giving a nod before hunting for somewhere to sit. He pulled his jacket off and placed it on the back of his chair, before slumping over in his seat. "The rain just seems to zap all life out of me. It's not the greatest start to the school year." He sighed, looking at the rest of the class from his seat. He did a look-over at the rest of the class, counting heads and judging their personas. There were some that he figured might be good to talk to. "That being said," He grinned, straightening up.

"Anyone got a towel?"
There he stood, sleeveless shirt and pants in all, drenched completely in the falling rain outside. His beefy arms not at covered in the atypical uniform of U.A, and instead dressed in his normal everyday attire. The fur on his tail, and the hair and fur on his ears seemed to make him look more like a wet cat.
Raikan had already noticed the large volume of students already arriving, but he was more focused on the fact that he ran in the rain from the dorms. His entire body coated in that lovely rain. And he didn't have a jacket... which made what came next no surprise. He moved his arm over his mouth, and readied up for the most painful moment of the morning.
"Ah... AH.... AHCHOO!" the loudest sneeze in the building sounded out from this cat boy. The sneeze throwing him back just a bit. That was painful. He sniffled, and immediately moved for the box of tissues nearby. "Excuse me... ra... ha... ah..." he gave off his signature laugh, but it was a little weakened.
There were a few familiar faces. The goat boy, and the loud guy. Everyone else though? No idea. Two girls, one softer-spoken and distinguished (Yuko), the other anti-social (Umeko). Then a big guy with a soggy grin (Taka), and the other guy brought down by the rain (Hinosei).
"Oh... RA-HA-HA!" Sniffle. "Nice to meet... everyone. And you too... Sensei." The usual energetic jaguar boy seemed to be diminished by a sickness. His eyes were slightly red, as he stood next to...
Oh hey, the goat boy! "Oh hey Terry."

The grumble of a grey feline was one that rung through with many, as rain was not a great thing for cats in general. Dymek could deal with it, but to endure it for a long time was uncomfortable. That being said he tensed his muscles and let out a breath, deep and powerful, as a black mist swirls around his body, heading up his legs and driving toward an arm as the mist forms the shape of an umbrella. With another tense of muscle, the umbrella tightened and there he held a black rain stopper. He was near the exit of the dorm as he was putting on his shoes and holding his bag. Standard issue, as his only belongings were back in his room, so he had the school deliver the uniform. Simple, effective, what more could he need? ...Probably something to drive away the rain.[break]
[break]Alas, the cat needed to head toward class and so he did. Opening the door toward the outside and heading toward the school itself. He heard his neighbor get up and judging by how bright it was outside, the morning was there. Out into the grey filled sky, the rain pelting down on a smokey umbrella, softly releasing its dust with each smack of water. The pitter of droplets falling to the cement below him, as his steps were heavy and demanding, marching forward with a drive to find out the unknown. As there was many things that needed to be done here, one of them... finding out who sent him here. Hero work... that may come later. Right now, right away, he's going to ask specific questions to his teacher later. Whether or not they know is another story, but if he can get information at the very least... that's good enough for him.[break]
[break]Once getting to the doors of the school, he heads inside, not before letting his umbrella disappear into the wind as he walks. He shakes his fur, feeling the mist condense on his face. It wasn't something he was about to deal with in class, so he scratches at his cheek in slight irritation and makes his way toward the class he'll be going to for years. Though as he peers through the multiple windows dotted around, the rain pelting the panes softly. Though when he gets to the door and his eyes lock on the individuals within through the crack of the opening. A lot of students he's met before.. some new. He sighs before rolling his neck, and opening said door.[break]
[break]"Morning" He simply stated, his eyes darting toward each eye staring back at him before taking the first seat closest to him and making himself comfortable. This wasn't a grand introduction, but at least he greeted everyone in general... right? Though... his eyes weren't one of friendliness, they had a plan and it didn't seem like they were going to break from their path. His posture was one of thought, where he linked his fingers over his mouth, his ears flicking every now and again. [attr="class","addy"] addy

“Cats and dogs, the weather is sure being merciless today.” The teen spoke, her eye peeking out from within the comfort of her yellow hood. Unlike some unfortunate few, Sam was well-equipped to survive the downpour from the heavens as she wore her coat that was fashion after a duck, even having an orange beak at the rim of the hood. Stepping forth bit by bit, the blonde traversed slowly from the campus to the school with an air on silence to her, silence that was almost rare for her even with the lack of company. There was a lot to think about after all, it being the first lesson in the academy. So when she eventually made it to where her class was situated, she came a little later than most other students.
[break][break]The girl peeked from the entrance, as her lone eye scanned across the room at the inhabitants that were inside. Honestly, there wasn’t a single person that she recognized, not having much of a chance to interact with people prior with her setting up her room. But she knew that wasn’t a reason to feel down, instead her eyes twinkled with an essence of excitement. “Oooh, we’ve got a bunch of cuties and cool-ties.” Samantha hummed as she spied on her potential classmates, in particular the goat boy as his appearance did resemble one of her oversized plush toys.
[break][break]Slipping off her duck coat, she strolled right in and took a seat in front of the closest desk in the room right at the front row as she seemed to be in a very ready mood to learn. So much so that she proudly waved her arm in the air announcing her presence in a tone that could only be described as incandescent happiness. “Morning Sensei! Everyone! Samantha Valentine here, just call me Sammy or Sam.”

Ah... sleep had finally claimed him back. Fully, the ambience had guided him upon the journey between the clarity of the waking world, and blissful slumber. The thought faded gently from his mind, as the world seemed to fade in unison. Until the shrill piercing noise of a thousand chalkboards seemed to crack the fragile little sleep, leading to a set of brown eyes. One of the kids? (Kato) Had it been twenty minutes already? He looked im over quickly to a clock. This kid sounded angry. Then came more by the dozen. A confident girl who commented on loudness (Yuko), followed by a gentler voice belonging to a goat boy. (Tyrodin) Soothing, as was the girl's voice by comparison. Another girl entered in, with a desire to be at the back, to almost hide from the world (Umeko). Then came the giant boy, a soggry grin upon his face, perhaps by the pouring rain (Yasashi), followed by another boy who seemed almost zapped of strength by the rain's presence (Hinosei). But it wasn't just them. No, the entourage of kids came in. Shuto barely budging from his spot, merely leaned back in a chair, as he looked to the group only grow bigger. A rather sick-looking half-cat boy who seemed lively, if not loud (Raikan) entering in next, and a straight-to-the-point cat boy following (Dymek). Finally came a girl, who seemed a much bit chipper, almost resembling the goat boy's chipper attitude (Samantha). How fast things seemed to gain noise here. But Shuto had been giving his greetings, and albeit still with a little lethargy, he responded with a rather big yawn. The kind of yawn that vibed in this rainy, almost downer day. Yet, despite this rather gloomy setting, he closed his mouth, and gave an award-winning smile; the smile he would give at pro-hero interviews, that woo'd the hearts of many, or at least attempted to. "Hey guys. You're... early?" There was a little charm to his smile, which Shuto thought he needed to make up for the absolutely uncharismatic yawn he gave out. He would quickly move out of the chair, and stand up, grabbing his cane, and walking slowly. Truly, he looked too young to be using a cane, but his movements were a little alarming. The kind of movements more befitting an older gentleman; much older. "I see some of you have already picked a desk. Feel free to take a seat wherever you like." he moved a little quicker, but there was still this appearance to his steps, as if he were holding back his movements. What would one expect of Snapshot, the retired hero at thirty-eight?! The rumors would suggest that he had broken his back again. A tragic end that likely was the result of his carelessness. But he didn't let that bother him. He would go into the little storage closet at the back of the classroom, where he found a surprisingly high number of clean towels. He moved them back to his desk slowly, and laid them there. "If you need one, come dry off. I won't have my kids getting sick." The caring fatherly figure in Shuto shined out, as he stood there, and moved to the front of the class, standing straight. His cane in front of him, held by both hands. He gazed at his class. "I see we're missing a few. Hm... well. They'll get here soon. Let's go around the room. Especially to the few of you who haven't introduced yourself. I'll start." he would say, attempting to use his charisma to garner the attention of the room. Fame in this world was easily broken by failure; hopefully, it would not shine on him so negatively. Setting the Tone"My name is Shuto Himawari. Some of you know me as Snapshot. I'm a retired pro-" there was a sting to announcing that; like a wound too fresh to have healed. He pressed on. "-but. The headmaster of U.A. hired me to teach the next generation of heroes. At first, I didn't really want the job-" Honesty was good. It was better than lying to these kids. To set a real example. "-but there's something about inspiring a generation that fills my older heart with joy. I've put away villains, fought a hundred battles. Yet, if you told me then I would be teaching in my late-thirties, I would have laughed."He moved towards the desks, passing one of the columns of desks towards the back of the class. There was more spring to his step now, as if the cane was almost unneeded. "I've never taught someone how to be a hero. But if I can tell you one thing, teach you one bit of advice that you can carry with you in your life... it is to remember that at the end of the day, it will be tough. You will make choices in your future; hard choices. Every day is another string of choices. Every failure is a lesson learned to the next success. Every success can save a life. And you never know when the life you save will matter the most to you one day." He spoke of Genki fondly. His eyes cast down to his ring. A reminder of the life he lived now. He had no idea if this would even do anything to a bunch of kids who didn't know how to walk. But inspiration got him through school. Perhaps he could push these kids the same way? "I'm no teacher. But what I can do is guide you in the right direction. I only hope you'll let me help." he was back to the front of the class. "Now stand up, one-by-one, and introduce yourself. IF you want to tell everyone your hero name, and your Quirk, be my guest. One at a time." he gestured to the group. ... maybe he came on too strong? (Everyone's posts are wonderful. ;; w;; )

Before Kato could get a response from their esteemed Sensei, a bastard thought they could comment on their volume, Kato's blood pressure raised at her comment, and they clench their jaw until they let out a loud, "THAT'S BECAUSE I CAN'T IF YOU DON'T BACK THE FUCK OFF I WILL-UGH!!!" Kato growled out very loudly before being cut with the girl's introduction. Kawasaki Yuko. Kato wanted to punch her lights out. But they had to show some restraint.
Before Kato could go to his seat, that goat bastard who hit him with that ladle showed up. And Kato's blood pressure raised at his sight. Kato didn't say anything to that goat bastard's words just letting a low inhuman growl before he spoke, "Goat bastard...You'll know true pain..." Kato growled as they ignored the boy's introduction. Theirs was still better.
The next girl was barely noticeable, so Kato ignored her presence. The next boy instead caught Kato by surprise, he was half as loud as they were, which made him pretty loud, but what caught them by surprise by his bright smile despite being wet and-"IT'S NOT A GOOD MORNI-WHATEVER GOOD MORNING YOU LOUD BASTARD!" Kato yelled out defensively as they finally took a seat at the very front of the class despite being the tallest student there, and he started grumbling to himself about the other four students who enter.
The first was some guy who sounded too cheerful for this weather, next was cat man who should've been allies in hating goat bastard, but instead, he was a bastard who called him by a nickname. The man cat, who Kato didn't know much about either besides being a bit of a whiner. The girl who called everybody Cuties and Cool-ties? Weird but whateves. Were they a Cutie or a Cool-tie in her eye? Kato curiously wondered before sensei started to speak and their full attention was fully on him, probably with such intensity was that was a bit overwhelming for some people. Kato listened with such intensity, as it almost seemed like Kato was waiting for a moment to pounce in and start yelling some more, which soon araised when Sensei asked them to introduce themselves, which Kato jumped up from his chair to raise his hand and start yelling his introductions,
"SENSEI, I'LL BE THE FIRST TO INTRODUCE MYSELF TO THESE FOUL MISCREATIONS!" Kato started nicely, "I AM KATO HATSUNE, BUT YOU WILL ALL KNOW ME AS UMBRA RIOT AND I WILL SURPASS EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU FOR MY QUIRK GIVES ME GOD-LIKE DEFENSE THAT NONE OF YOU COULD EVER HOPE TO PENETRATE SO YOU ALL SHOULD JUST GIVE UP AND LAY IN YOUR GRAVES IF YOU THINK YOU CAN TOP ME!" Kato said with a matter of factly and confident voice. "IF YOU WISH TO TEST YOUR MIGHT AND FALTER AT MY GOD-LIKE DEFENSE, YOU CAN ALWAYS ASK FOR A SPARRING MATCH, I WILL MOP THE FLOOR WITH ALL OF YOU, THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR WORTHLESS TIME, AND THANK YOU AS WELL SENSEI FOR GIVING ME YOUR FULLEST ATTENTION." Kato finished as they sat down at their seat content with their introduction, and ready to hear the others'.

To Taka's relief he was not the last person to arrive in the classroom. After himself a steady flow of new arrivals heralded the beginning of what was likely going to be the strangest and most incredible semester he had ever experienced. The first person who shuffled his way through the door looked as if he was freezing to death-three layers of shirts and a raincoat? It must have something to do with his quirk, the weather maybe? Yep, that's exactly what it was. Taka almost frowned, it would be a shame if he couldn't enjoy a rainy day as much as a sunny one- but he needen't have been worried. The new guy was just as happy to be there as he was. That was a relief.
The next was ... a drowned cat man? It took Taka several seconds to process what he was looking at. The droop of his ears, the way his tail hung, all of it, it was all real! His mother had mentioned physiomorphic quirkers before but this was incredible. To see one in person just fascinated him to no end. His eyes sparkled, wondering at how cool the quirk was to have a physical showing, he wondered what kind of abilities came with it! Enhanced hearing no doubt! Given that he also appeared to have human ears as well he wondered how having four ears would improve his ability to locate things with hearing. Taka practically trembled with the considerations.
The next person was a bit gloomy, and fur coated, much more fur coated than the first. There was so much fur here! Taka had no idea that the population of physiomorphs was so high! He should probably get out more, admittedly, but that was besides the point! This. Was. So. Cool! A big grin spread ear to ear while he watched the newcomer walk inside, he hardly had time to take a breath when another stepped in after the gloomy cat. This next one was so... small. She had a daintiness about her that took Taka back. If it wasn't for the fact that she had to be of a certain age to attend UA he wouldn't have believed it. That said, she had the youthful exuberance to back up her looks.
The hypocritical Taka beamed at the newcomer who giddily took in her new classmates before finding her seat. Samantha hmm? She would be a lot of fun to talk to, he was sure!
Next came the professor. Shuto Himawari - Snapshot. A pro hero who retired, and from the look on his face he wasn't too happy about it. It was a small showing, a fading of light in his eyes, that signaled the disappointment in the choice. Taka tried not to let his empathy get in the way of listening, the last thing he wanted to do was burst into tears just by looking at the guy. He kept speaking, and Taka couldn't help but smile. It warmed his heart to the point that he wanted to personally thank the teacher when he started- Kato got up first and belted out his greeting with the force of a cannon. Even Taka sat there with a bit of shock on his face after that outburst. H-he was joking? Right?
Taka got shakily to his feet after that, finding his strength and energy after a quick breath. He straightened his back, his blonde hair pulled back and still a bit damp, his glacier blue eyes scanning those gathered for a heartbeat before he spoke. He brought his fist up to his chest and dropped into a half-bow; "Thank you Sensei for your service, we're honored sir!" Taka said, his voice already getting a little gruff and cheery. "My name is Yasashi Taka! I am a second generation Hero and I have not chosen a hero name yet, it'll come to me! Bahahahahaha!" He burst out into a long guffaw before stopping and scratching the back of his head. "Officially my Quirk's name is Barrow King... I'm petitioning to have that changed, eheh..." He tapered off there a bit before he spoke again and brought his fist up to his heart. "I'm really looking forward to working with you all, my new friends!" He said with a bright smile before sitting back down, his heart racing. | TAG 728 Words NOTES

Oh my! She can feel the intensity coming of her very loud classmate as he was stairing daggers at her. Was he forced to be loud because of his quirk? That would be unfortunate, if this were so. Not for him, no. For her and her eardrums sake as she can care less about this person’s sake. For the next few minutes, Yuko would simply watch the other students flood in and give them all warm and friendly smiles. She wasn’t gonna actually try to start a conversation, right away. They had to be worth her time.
When it came to her professor she knew next to nothing about the man. The fact that he was a professional hero didn’t take her off guard. Why would they allow anyone who wasn’t a professional teach here, if they didn’t already have years of experience? However, she never heard of him as a hero until today. This could be thanks to her general dislike for heroes. It’s clear that this man was taken out of the lime light earlier than he wanted to be. The disappointment in the man’s eyes was clear as day and in a morbid way, it was funny for her.
”Hatsune.” No other words came from her as she stood up from her seat, to give her introduction. ”It would seem that I will have to get everyone ear plugs, if your forced to be this loud. It’ll save them the damage to their ears.” She didn’t care for his potential retort and faced the rest of the class. ”I am Kawasaki Yuko. No code name, for the moment. The pleasure is all mine.” She gave a bow before sitting back down.

As Shuto gave his introductory speech, Tyrodin's eyes lit up, shifting between the multitude of colors that made up that special feature of theirs. He was completely enamored as he listened to the man introduce himself as the pro-hero Snapshot. Knowing that his teacher would be a hero as amazing as him made that fluffy tail wag back and forth in excitement! While he was in the middle of speaking, the goat boy trotted over to his chosen desk near the front, setting his bag down and hanging his coat upon the back of his chair. He had done a fair amount of research on the known pro-heroes, but he hadn't exactly thought that he'd get the privilege of being taught by one! But unfortunately, as it happens with all good things, the moment of excitement came to an end.
Once again, his long ears were assaulted by a loud, shrill, angry voice that belonged to the one known as "Kato Hatsune". Wow. How did someone so obnoxious have such a nice name? Surely, something was very wrong here. At the present moment, Tyrodin certainly doesn't hate Kato... but he doesn't exactly like him either... The next student was a really, really, HUGE guy! Holy fluff was this guy huge! He looked like he could be the literal wall of the classroom if he really wanted to! In all honesty, Tyrodin was feeling a little intimidated by that. However, much to his surprise, his very large classmate turned out to be very nice with his introduction. Yasashi Taka. What a nice guy! And he already considered everyone to be his friends! AH! He adored the guy already! Next to speak up introduce themselves was that girl who had told off Kato earlier. Yuko Kawasaki. Tyrodin couldn't quite put his finger on it, but something about her made her feel like... what was it some of the locals called them? An "oujou girl"? Yeah, she sort of gave off that vibe... but hey! She was pretty neat so far!
And then there was... oh hey! Raikan was here, too! Another friendly face to add to his list of classmates! And... well, seeing as nobody else had introduced themselves yet, Tyrodin took this moment to stand up with a confident smile, eyes shifting through their chromatic wheels again as he spoke.
"Hello everyone! My name is Tyrodin Borimir, hailing from Bergen, Norway! You may call me "Terry" if it makes things easier for you! My Mutation Quirk is called "Caprico", named after the constellation! Why, you may ask? Because...!" he trailed off, throwing an arm upwards into the air with a finger pointed skyward, his chest puffed proudly as he continued. "I will become the shining beacon of hope in the hero world! A hero who brings smiles to peoples' faces! The amazing star that no one has ever seen before!" BAA-AHAHAHAHAA!" Yes, he indeed included the boisterous, bleating laughter with that display of bravado, either being incredibly confident, or incredibly arrogant. Possibly both.
"It's wonderful to meet you all, and I hope that we can all get along!"
