Non-playable characters! Fun stuff! They can be anything, from minor staff at your favorite school to a villain in your backstory!
They do have a few rules, however.
1. NPCs must be no threat to players. Unless they are for your own personal use, or agreed upon by both parties if multiple people are involved.
2. They must follow quirk rules.
3. Player characters are free to use the same quirk as an NPC.
4. Likewise, players can take their faceclaims as well. NPCs are not a hoarding tactic.
