 Eta is an aetheric beauty of dark skin and white hair with eyes of striking scarlet. She has a petite frame that casts her as unassuming and even delicate. Hidden beneath the illusion of her size is the body of a warrior. The young lady maintains a fit body that is ready for danger. Eta wears her hair long and wavy and often beneath a styled veil and over a multicolored headband given to her by her father. Her clothes are always clean and she maintains her looks methodically. Eta has a particular love of whites and plain colors that she can use to great effect to achieve the appearance she desires. There is little room for mistakes with Eta and she shows it even in the way she presents herself. |

Ueno Prisha Eta does not know who her mother was, or even if she had a real mother. She knows that her quirk is nothing like her fathers. She knows that the family she was raised by was wealthy, powerful, and influential. She remembers being taught the difference between those with quirks and those without. She remembers learning about strength, about power. She remembers learning to follow, to listen and obey when needed, to feel responsibility, and to be as kind and patient as she can be to those who deserve it. Eta remembers being wed to her first wife at eighteen, her father having picked up on her orientation when she was little. A second wife came at nineteen. While she cared for them, she did not pick them, she did not love them-not truly. Yet the tears still came when people calling themselves 'heroes' from another land came to kill her father. They killed her wives. They killed all but a few of her family. She fled with them to her father's homeland, to Japan. She found the place where these so-called 'heroes' came from. Her family asked her to lead them. The man who controlled her life was gone. She stepped up. All according to plan. | [attr="class","headbox6"]  SovereignRank II Tier II Emitter-Type Quirk Description: The penultimate manifestation of mankinds desire to influence and command their environment. Sovereign is evolutionary prerogative to the extreme. Upon activation of the quirk; Eta's body produces a multicolored light that breaks out through her skin. She can project it up to one meter from her body in a halo or five meters in a ray. Eta is able to alter the states of objects exposed to the light. Limitation: For an object to be affected by Sovereign, the produced light must touch the object. Eta may only influence up to ten small inorganic objects/three medium inorganic objects (Rank II) at a time. Or she may influence up to three organic objects (Rank II) at a time. Simply producing Sovereign's light is not taxing for Eta-influencing affected objects is. Eta cannot change qualities of a person within the area nor can she cause conceptual effects (healing, poisoning). She can also only modify a contiguous / homogenous material and surface. She cannot influence what is beneath skin since as is not skin but she can still influence organic matter such as skin. As of Rank I, Eta can alter the position, acceleration, or direction of an object. She can increase a small objects speed to that of pro baseball pitch (90-100 mph) and launch it out of her area of control. With adequate warning she may attempt to 'catch' or 'redirect' an object moving into the space. (Improved by Rank II) As of Rank II, Objects can be heated or cooled by up to 15 degrees in either direction each post. If enough time is spent, she can force something to ignition temperatures. (Acquired at Rank II) Weakness: One of Sovereigns greatest weaknesses is it's incredibly short range. The quirk depends entirely on exposing objects to the Sovereign Light. Simply blocking the light with even cloth is enough to cancel its effects. As the light comes out from cracks in her skin, it is currently painful to use the quirk. As of Rank II acting at full power for four posts will tire her, going to five posts will cause burnout and she will be unable to use her quirk for three posts. |
