He is a tall man with strong muscles; not muscular or bulky along with messy black hair which appears as a brown hue in some shadings, also having sharp grey eyes and a pale complexion. He has charming features that compliment him nicely and this is typically reinforced with him wearing a formal suit on most occasions, wearing a striped long white shirt, a black vest, jacket, tie, pants and shoes. He tries to look at his best everyday, as he believes keeping up good appearances is important. Aside from this, there's nothing else about him that puts him different from the average human. However, his villain outfit is different. Genzou's villain suit is form-fitting, a second-skin so as not to hinder his range of mobility. The material is ominously green and highly durable with a pattern that is reminiscent of scales - a protective layer of plating. Thick hide gloves protect from fingertips to wrist, and a long purple cloak accessorises, golden buckles imprinted with occultist eye-symbols secure it in place. Most notable would be Genzou's helmet. By all rights it should be translucent but the nature of his quirk obscures his identity from the eyes that would gaze upon him. Most claim to only see swirling fog behind that surface but others report glimpses of disturbing sights. Link to an image of his villain outfit the personality likes • Putting on a good show, unpredictability, public attention, dramas, performance dislikes • Buzzkills, quietness, stubbornness, unfounded arrogance strengths • Dauntless, Confident weaknesses • Reckless, sensitive dreams • To put on a performance that will go down in history. fears • Having no mark in history. overall personality • Genzou grew up with a promising personality, putting himself towards the entertainment of others and having a job out of it is all he ever wanted, but after his theater had plagiarized his work and the very people he entertained for many years had turned their backs on him, he decided to continue his performances but he'd do it his own way instead of doing it on another person's terms, ever since then, his crimes couldn't exactly be called "crimes" but more so public harassment at most but as he continued his time being a villain, his personality worsened and turned to actual crimes. With his illusions, he either scared people with power he didn't have, or intimidated them into giving up their possessions, all the while never discovering that his acts of power are nothing but a show by his quirk, in his interactions with the underworld, most criminals tend to describe as a "loose cannon" and a "guy who clearly isn't all there" but Genzou focuses on putting a good show, building up his reputation and continuing to be recognized by the general public, which may not be considered a good idea for the more pragmatic villains, Genzou bathes in the attention. To sum up his personality, he is considered to be eccentric, outgoing and playful but when it comes outside the mask, he's a lot more civil about it but with the villain persona on, he's a lot more malicious about it. the history father • N/A mother • N/A siblings • N/A important people • N/A hometown • Tokyo, Ginza overall history • Genzou grew up in a middle-class upbringing, growing up with a rather outgoing personality and this showed through his passion of making others smile through ridiculous ways, early on in middle school, he excelled in English and Drama, which promised a career into acting to which he pursued, joining high school and getting an internship at the Kabuki-za theater in Ginza. His quirk manifested when he was four years old, which scared him as his thoughts were made real and it scared him, but it's discovered that his quirk is a green-like mist that can transform into real illusions with auditory effects. He learned to control it early on and found that hallucination pills helped reduce the effects of his quirk, to a level that he could control. He planned to use his quirk for the theater, but a general rule they tend to follow there is only traditional Japanese dances and drama, and therefore wouldn't have any use of quirks in the play. He complied however and continued to performance at the theater happily, as he followed his passion. Over the years, he worked his way up into the cast and pushed for the initiative to change the theater towards a more modern route, allowing the use of quirks and accepting other forms of play to which was denied at first, even writing up suggested plays such as around superhero society, but he was tricked. After letting it go, it turns out that the director of the theater had always planned to change the theater to a more modern one. He took the plans and plays that Genzou had written up and presented it as his own, in a rage, Genzou left the theater and tried to post online in social media, in every platform that would hear his voice but it fell on deaf ears, nobody knew who he was and nobody believed him. He suffered, and the theater grew. He felt incredibly betrayed as he gave his whole life dedicated towards peoples entertainment and when he needed something back, they only turned their backs on him. This birthed his path towards villainy, believing it to be the "hype" nowadays and if people were going to ignore him, he'd force them to pay attention, to displays that they'd never forget... they were going to remember his name. They're all going to remember his name. the Quirk Illusion quirk's rank • VIII quirk's tier • I quirk's type • Emitter quirk description • Illusion allows the user to create and control a green mist that can form into both auditory and visual illusions for a period of time. quirk limitation • At the current level of this quirk, he can make enough visual illusions that can span an large room with this also being the max amount of fog he can put out, and a auditory sound that can cover a twenty meter radius from the visual illusion, anything further will be muted to anyone not within in the radius. The illusions can only last up to 8 minutes before they have to be created again. quirk weakness • One major disadvantage to this quirk is that it's purely illusions as per the name, in the combat sense this would be able to trick opponents and catch them off guard if used right, but if the user wants to actually hurt their opponent, they would have to rely on other means to do so. Overuse of this quirk can lead to the user experiencing hallucinations, due to the nature of this quirk, they can't tell the difference between their induced hallucinations from the quirk and the actual illusions of their quirk. This weakness can be covered by taking pills that calm down hallucinations, but the user's power in their quirk is significantly reduced if they do so. It should be noted that the mist can stay out as long as the user wants, the duration only kicks in when they're transformed into actual, "real" illusions. the Talents talent's name • Performance talent's rank • VII talent's tier • I talent description • This is Genzou's ability to make a good show in combat and outside it, illusions may sound like an easy power but the real trick behind it is ensuring that your opponents believes they're real. You can only convince them if you put on a good show, and this is what the talent focuses on. Outside of combat, he uses this to get on people's good graces. talent's name • Kinetic Force Gauntlet talent's rank • VI talent's tier • IV talent description • In Genzou's villain outfit, he uses this in association with his quirk, for example, if an illusion "pushed" somebody back, the focused kinetic force from this gauntlet towards an opponent would act as the actual "push"to make it more convincing, instead of the illusion actually pushing them, this gauntlet is capable of great pushes which at it's full power, can push back the average human at a max of fifty meters, the power of this kinetic force is capable of breaking stone. He can adjust the power however to help for more convincing effects with his illusions. the role player alias • Ani age • 20 pronouns • He/Him other characters • N/A |
